Central Services

TVC relies on a core of individuals for management, administration and central services such as market research, entrepreneurial training and executive recruitment. The bulk of work with clients, however, is performed by project managers (see state locations). This model allows TVC to attract highly qualified business professionals, many of whom have started companies and raised equity capital themselves.

  • Ingrid Baker, Director, Recruitment Resources

    As director of Recruitment Resources for TVC client companies, Ms. Baker provides assistance in all phases of the hiring process. She also manages the free job matching website for technology companies in the region, www.nmtechjobs.org. With a background in laboratory management and healthcare services, Ms. Baker draws upon extensive experience in hiring and developing staff, as well as in financial and strategic planning for business growth. Prior to this position, Ms. Baker taught product marketing to entrepreneurs and artists in Northern New Mexico and was a director of Project management for TVC for three years.
