TVC relies on a core of individuals for management, administration and central services such as market research, entrepreneurial training and executive recruitment. The bulk of work with clients, however, is performed by project managers (see state locations). This model allows TVC to attract highly qualified business professionals, many of whom have started companies and raised equity capital themselves.

Grayson (Lee) Trussell, Director, Entrepreneurial Training

Mr. Trussell has an extensive background in administrative and financial management positions in the domestic and international business communities and the public and private sectors. He has over 40 years experience in business development, management systems and procedures and financial structuring. He has completed widespread research and consulting services in the areas of organization structure and planning, strategic planning and managing organizational change. He has served as owner, director, and corporate officer in a broad range of business applications and professional environments. He holds a BBA and MBA summa cum laude from the UNM Anderson Schools of Management.
