Bruce Winchell Named Best of the Bar by New Mexico Business Weekly

Congratulations to TVC’s own Bruce Winchell who recently received the New Mexico Business Weekly’s Best of the Bar award. Bruce was selected as one of the twenty-three outstanding attorneys from throughout the spectrum of legal practice, ranging from employment and business law to litigation.

Bruce is on assignment from Sandia National Laboratories to Technology Ventures Corporation to offer FREE assistance to entrepreneurs building intellectual property strategies that bring in investors and provide effective protection for company products and services being sold.

He teaches topics such as forming business entities and other corporate law functions of a small start up business based on technology; contracting with government entities and accounting systems; and intellectual property issues.
